Assistant ("Assistant", "we", "us", or "our") is a business software platform operated by Ina Ete Financial Services (Private) Limited, a company registered in Zimbabwe.
Assistant helps businesses automate customer communication, sales, bookings, and day-to-day operations using AI-powered tools. The platform serves businesses across hospitality, retail, property management, and other service-based industries.

The business using Assistant is generally responsible for determining why customer and lead information is collected and how it should be used. Assistant processes such information to provide the Services to that business.

Assistant does not represent that AI-generated responses will always be accurate or error-free. Businesses remain responsible for configuring and supervising their use of automated services where appropriate.

When Assistant processes customer or lead information on behalf of a business, that business may access information relating to its customers, leads, and operations through the Services.

- Payment processing
